From Commander, you can download a diagnostic package or create a case through the Snow Support Portal.
To download a diagnostic package or contact support, go to Help > Support.
When you contact support, provide the following information:
- Your license agreement number
- Your contact information
- A clear description of the problem

From the Support Portal, you can create a support case, view your support cases, access the knowledge base, and find contact information.
