Set Cost Dashboard Permissions for Service Portal Roles

To allow Service Portal users to view the Cost Dashboard for services they own, assign the following permissions:

If you've implemented the Cost Adjustments feature to apply markups and discounts to your costs, adjusted costs will be shown throughout the Service Portal Cost Dashboard.

Access:

Configuration > Identity and Access

Available to:

Commander Roles of Superuser and Enterprise Admin

To allow Service Portal users to view the Cost Dashboard:

  1. Click the Service Portal Roles tab.
  2. Under Organization Management, enable the Show Cost Dashboard permission as required for each Service Portal role.

Set visibility of all services for an organization

When you enable the 'Show All Organization Services' permission, Service Portal users can select All Organization at the top-right corner of the Service Portal to see all services that belong to their organization.

Users must belong to organizations to view them in the Service Portal Cost Dashboard.

Configuration > Identity and Access > Service Portal Roles tab

Available to:

To allow Service Portal users to view their organization's services in the Cost Dashboard:

  1. Click the Service Portal Roles tab.
  2. Under Organization Management, enable the Show All Organization Services permission as required for each Service Portal role.

Set cost visibility for cloud accounts

Access:

Configuration > Identity and Access

Available to:

Commander Roles of Superuser and Enterprise Admin

To allow Service Portal users to view cost details for cloud accounts:

  1. Click the Service Portal Roles tab.
  2. Under Basic Operations, enable the View Cloud Account Details permission as required for each Service Portal role.
