Licensing and Support
Commander includes a seven-day license key for evaluation purposes. To extend this license or to increase the number of AWS instances you’re licensed to manage, contact your account manager.

From Commander, you can download a diagnostic package or create a case through the Snow Support Portal.

You can create a feature request from the Ideas Board in the Snow Globe user community.
