Commander includes a seven-day license key for evaluation purposes. To extend this license or to increase the number of AWS instances you’re licensed to manage, contact support@snowsoftware.com.

From Commander, you can download a diagnostic package or contact customer support directly.

Feature requests

You can create a feature request from the Ideas Board in the Snow Globe user community.

To create a feature request, go to https://ideas.snowsoftware.com, then select Add a new idea.
