Accessing Native Cloud Management Portals

After you sign in to the Service Portal, you may be able to directly access the AWS Management Console and/or Azure Portal without separately signing in to those management portals.

The ability to directly access native cloud management portals through the Service Portal must be set up by your administrator. You must also have a cloud role with the appropriate permissions to manage AWS and/or Azure resources.

If you have access to native cloud platform management portals outside of the Service Portal, but you don't see the connection menus in the Service Portal, refer to You Can't See the Services You Expect to See for some troubleshooting tips, or contact your system administrator.

To access the AWS Management Console and/or Azure Portal directly from the Service Portal:

  1. At the top right of the Service Portal, select your current role to expand the drop-down menu.
  2. Select one of the following from the menu:
    • Launch AWS Console
    • Launch Azure Portal

    Launch cloud portal

The cloud management portal will launch in a new, separate browser tab or window. You'll be automatically signed in to the cloud management portal.
