Customers overview

The customers that have set up your access to their Snow Atlas system are listed. When your access is enabled for a customer, computer metrics show for that customer in the table. For more information on partner access, see Partner access.

Description

All partner users can see the table with computer data for all customers that have enabled your access. You can select the Customer name to open the customer details page which has additional metrics and a Sign in link.

Status

Refer to the table below for status descriptions for customers.

Status

Description

Synced

The customer has enabled your access, the last synchronization was successful, and all scanned computers have been inventoried.

Warning

The customer has enabled your access and the last synchronization was successful, but at least one scanned computer has not been inventoried.

Sync pending

The customer has enabled your access but the synchronization for this customer has not run yet or is currently in progress. This could be because 24 hours have not passed since this customer set up your external access to their Snow Atlas system. If this status persists for over 24 hours, contact Snow Software support.

Access disabled

You do not currently have access to this customer's Snow Atlas system. In this case, no computer data is shown.

Your customer can grant you access to their Snow Atlas system using External access. For more information on access, see Partner access.

Computers

Partner Service Layer monitors the computers that have been scanned by your customers into their Snow Atlas system. For each customer that has granted you access to their Snow Atlas system, the table shows the following values:

  • Number of computers - the total number of computers which have been scanned into the customer's Snow Atlas system

  • Inventoried - the number of computers which have been scanned and inventoried

  • Not inventoried - the number of computers which have been scanned but are not yet inventoried
