Edit user details
Learn how to edit user details in SaaS.
Set online only tag
Mark users that only exists as SaaS users; who do not have a device that is inventoried in your organization, with an Online only tag. This is common for, for example, consultants and other temporary staff. The tag will show as a mark in the Online only column in user tables. You can remove the tag if the situation changes.
The tag does not change the data, but serves as a help when you analyze user activity and applications. Application usage, for example, may not show data for online-only users, since the browser extensions are locally installed. See Browser extension for more information.
On the Users page, select the user in the list.
On the user details page, select Edit.
In Tag, turn on the Online only toggle.
Select Save.
Set review flag
Use the Review flag to mark up users that you need to analyze further, or as a reminder for taking action on their subscriptions. The flag will show as a mark in the Review column in user tables. Once you have taken action, you can turn off the toggle.
On the Users page, select the user in the list.
On the user details page, select Edit.
In Flag, turn on the Review toggle.
Select Save.
