Adobe Creative Cloud

The Adobe Creative Cloud overview shows detailed information on the Adobe Creative Cloud licenses and costs.

The information is imported from the Adobe Creative Cloud portal via Snow Integration Connector, see the User Guide: Adobe Creative Cloud Connector for more information. The connector can import information from one Adobe Creative Cloud portal at a time.

The Adobe Creative Cloud overview shows a summary of either the license usage or the license cost, depending on which view you select:

  • Select the License summary view to see how licenses are assigned and used.

The view shows the total number of licenses, and the number of licenses divided into the following categories:

    • Used licenses – Licenses that have been used within the last 90 days.

    • Unlinked users – Adobe Creative Cloud user accounts that are not linked to a Snow License Manager user.

    • Unused licenses – Licenses that have not been used within the last 90 days.

    • Unassigned licenses – Licenses that are not assigned to an Adobe Creative Cloud user.

A bar chart shows the number of licenses per license category for each application.

  • Select the Cost summary view to see the monthly license cost distribution.

The view shows the total license cost and the cost per license category as described above.

A bar chart shows the cost per license category for each application.

Note

  • You must have a valid license for Snow for SaaS and Snow for SaaS Advanced Optimization to access the Adobe Creative Cloud functionality.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud customers with an Enterprise (ETLA) agreement must be aware that manually changing the license quota for the licensing profiles in the Adobe Admin Console might cause Snow License Manager to show an incorrect number of licenses. To show the correct number of licenses, the sum of license quotas for all licensing profiles must equal the total licenses purchased.

  • Snow License Manager imports information from the Adobe Creative Cloud portal about the total number of licenses and the number of licenses that have been assigned to users. However, there is no information about the costs for the Adobe Creative Cloud licenses in the portal. Therefore, the cost periods must be added in Snow License Manager to be able to analyze this. For information about how to add cost periods, see Manage cost periods for Adobe Creative Cloud.
