Column | Description |

Account | Account status of the user in Microsoft Azure AD. This column is specific to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure AD views. |
Active (subscriptions) | The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users were active within the last 30 days in the application. |
Active (subscriptions cost) | The cost of the subscription for all users with activity within the last 30 days. |
Application | The name of the application. |
Approved | Shows if the application is marked as managed and approved for use in your organization. |
Assigned | The number of users assigned to the subscription, or the number of users assigned to a subscription that includes the application. Requires discovery through a connector or that you manually add users to the subscription. See SaaS connectors and Add users for more information. |
Bundle | Shows a mark if the subscription entitles to multiple applications. |
Category | The software category that the application belongs to. |
Cost per unit | The cost per unit of the subscription metric. |
Country | The country that the consolidated users in your organization belong to. |
Department | The department that the consolidated users in your organization belong to. |
Discovery date | The first time a user, subscription, or application was detected in a discovery source. |
Discovery source | The discovery source where the item is discovered, for example, one of your SaaS connectors. Manually added subscriptions show as Manually added in this column. For more information, see Discovery sources. |
Discovery type | The type of discovery sources where the item is discovered. For more information on grouping of discovery sources into types, see Discovery sources. |
Email address | The email address of the consolidated user. For more information on source priority during consolidation of user details, see User discovery. |
Expiration date | The date when the subscription ends and can last be used. |
Family | The vendor's grouping of related services. Requires that Snow defines, collects, and present this data to show a link to the Family view. |
Free | Shows if the subscription is marked as having no cost. If checked, the subscription is excluded from calculations relevant for cost and subscription optimization. |
Inactive | The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users were active more than 30 days ago in the application. |
Last active | Shows how long ago the consolidated user was last active in the application, or in any application included in the subscription.

Monthly cost (family) | The monthly purchased value for the subscription. |
Monthly cost (users) | The monthly cost for the user's subscriptions. The value is based on subscriptions with metric |
Monthly potential savings (family) | The cost of the subscriptions that are unassigned, or where the assigned users are inactive or have no activity in the application. |
Name | The name of the consolidated user. |
No activity | The number of subscriptions for which the assigned users have no recorded activity in the application. |
Not monitored (subscriptions) | The number of subscriptions for which user activity cannot be monitored for the application. |
Not monitored (subscriptions cost) | The cost of all subscriptions assigned to a user for which activity cannot be monitored for the application. |
Online only | Shows if the consolidated user is marked as working on a device that is not inventoried in your organization. This may be relevant for discovery sources installed locally on users' devices. See Mark as online only for more information. |
Overassigned | The number of assigned subscriptions that exceeds the purchased quantity. |
Potential savings | The cost of the subscriptions that are unassigned, or where the assigned users are inactive or have no activity in the application. |
Purchased | The quantity of purchased units of the subscription metric. If this value is not discovered through a connector, you must add a quantity to the subscription. |
Qualified | Shows if the consolidated user is marked as included in your cost of Snow's services. Exclusion is applicable to service accounts or similar, that do not have subscriptions assigned to them, or do not represent a person. This marking does not affect any indicators, charts, tables, or insights. See Mark as qualified for more information. |
Review | Shows if the consolidated user is marked for review. See Mark for review for more information. |
Runs | The total number of times that the user has accessed the application in the browser. Requires Agent-based browser extensions to discover and calculate this value. |
Subscription | The name of the subscription. |
Subscriptions | The number of subscriptions that the consolidated user has assigned to them. |
Start date | The date when the subscription starts and can first be used. |
Status | Shows if the consolidated user is active, inactive, or has no activity in the application or in any application included in the relevant subscription.

Total monthly cost | The monthly purchased value for the subscription. |
Total cost | The total cost of the subscription for its duration. |
Total users | The total number of users that have activity in the application or that are assigned a subscription that entitles to the application. |
Unassigned | The number of subscriptions that are not assigned to a user. If this value is not discovered through a connector, it requires a Purchased value to be correctly calculated. |
Usage | The rate of activity to the total of active, inactive, and users with no activity, in assigned subscriptions. Subscriptions where user activity cannot be monitored in the application are excluded from calculation of this value. |
Username | The username of the consolidated user. |
Utilization | The rate of assigned subscriptions to the total quantity of purchased subscriptions. Requires Purchased and Assigned values to be correctly calculated. |
Vendor | The vendor from which you have applications and subscriptions. |
