Partner access
The customers that have set up your access to their Snow Atlas system are listed.
Description
A customer can set up your access to their Snow Atlas system in External access. This allows you to sign in to their system and provide the services and assistance that they require.
An SSO provider must be enabled in your organization's Snow Atlas system for your authorized users to sign in to your customer's Snow Atlas system. For more information, see Single sign-on.
You must add the users who are authorized to have this access. You can only add users who have access to your own Snow Atlas system. For more information on how to add users, see Invite users by entering details manually.
Note
If you authorize a user to have access to the customer's system using Partner access, the same person cannot be listed in the customer's system as a user. If you try to add a user who is already listed in Users in the customer's system, the sign in fails and an error message appears.
When a customer sets up your access to their system, the customer's domain is listed in Partner access. This access can be continuous, enabled for a specific period, or disabled.
If a customer has enabled your access, to be continuous or for a specific period, the users you have authorized gain full access to that customer's Snow Atlas system: the Sign in link is available in Access and in Customer information.
If a customer has disabled your access, you cannot sign in to that customer's Snow Atlas system: the Sign in link does not appear in Access or in Customer information.
When a customer deletes your access to their system, the customer's domain is no longer listed in Partner access.
