Oracle order statuses
To see the status of your Oracle orders, go to the Oracle > Entitlements tab, and then select the Orders view. The status is shown in the Completeness column for each order in the list as one of the following:
Status name | Description |
---|---|
Complete | All Order information and Products fields are completely filled in and correct for the order; no order information is missing. An order must have this status before you can Assign Oracle licenses to the products included in the order. |
Partial | All Order information is complete and correct, but there are no products included at all. |
Incomplete | One or more Order information fields are not complete. There may or may not be problems with the Products fields. |
To resolve the Partial or Incomplete status for an order, go to the Edit order view and edit the incorrect or missing information on the Order information and Products tabs.
