App Store enrollment
Users in a Snow Device Manager customer domain can download the Snow app from the App Store for iOS devices or Google Play for Android.
The following configuration steps allow these users to enter their email credentials in the Snow app as an option for enrolling their device in Snow Device Manager:
Select Allow devices to be enrolled by email credentials on this domain.
Under Registered email domains, enter the customer email domain and select Add.
Select Save settings.
Note
While this is not a widely-used feature for most customers, the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) program requires the configuration above.
