Microsoft 365 Legacy Connector

The Microsoft 365 Integration Connector can be used for retrieving information from Microsoft 365 Cloud Services. The connector uses PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to retrieve data from Microsoft 365, and uses an API connection to insert data into Snow License Manager, where it is presented.

This guide is valid for the Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office 365) connector in Snow Integration Manager versions 5.28 or earlier. Starting from version 5.29, PowerShell is not being used to collect information from M365. Customers are encouraged to update to version 5.29 or later and refer to the new Microsoft 365 Connector.
