Configure the Adobe Creative Cloud connector

In Snow Integration Manager, add the Adobe Creative Cloud connector and configure the settings:

  1. Enter the Snow License Manager Web API URL in the Web API URL box.

    Note

The format of the Web API URL is http(s)://slm_url:port/api.

If no specific port is used, ":port" can be omitted from the Web API URL.

The Web API URL must contain "/api" at the end.

  2. Enter the Snow License Manager user account name in the User Name box.

  3. Enter the Snow License Manager user account password in the Password box.

  4. If you need to use a proxy server to connect to Snow License Manager, select the proxy you want to use in the proxy drop-down list. Proxies can be configured in the Proxy profiles tab in Snow Integration Manager main interface.

  5. Select Test connection.

This will not only test whether this connection works correctly but also populate the Customer box.

  6. In the Creative Cloud Connectors section, select Add to create a connector instance.

    The Connector name box appears.

  7. Enter a name for the connector instance and select OK.

  8. The connector instance appears in the Creative Cloud Connectors list, and the Creative Cloud Configuration section is available for use.

    Management of the connector:

    1. To rename the connector, select the Creative Cloud Connector and select Rename.

    2. To remove the connector, select the Creative Cloud Connector and select Remove. A dialog box appears. Select Yes to remove the connector.

    Note

Currently, for Snow License Manager, Enterprise Edition, only use of one Adobe Creative Cloud connector is allowed and supported. For Snow License Manager, Service Provider Edition, one connector is allowed per customer ID.

If more connectors than the above are used, results are unsupported and may be inaccurate.

  9. Navigate to the Adobe Developer Console website and to the Adobe Creative Cloud Project that was set up in Set up an Adobe Creative Cloud Project.

  10. Navigate to the Credentials > Service Account (JWT) page.

  11. Copy the values from the Adobe Developer Console and paste them in the Creative Cloud Configuration section of Snow Integration Manager according to the table below.
