Configure the ILMT connector

The Snow Integration Connector for ILMT is configured in Snow Integration Manager (SIM). For more information on SIM, refer to Snow Integration Manager.

Prerequisites

Read-access to the report pvu_subcapacity.csv that is exported from ILMT.

Procedure

The ILMT connector uses import reports that have been exported from ILMT version 9.x.

Tip

For integration with ILMT version 9.x REST APIs, use the HCL BigFix Inventory connector.

  1. In the Folder, enter the path to the folder where the connector will look for the csv files.

  2. Map the Target fields to the Source fields in the ILMT file. You can do that in either of the following ways:

    Either enter the Source fields manually, or select Get headers from file to use the header of an import file as template. Then select each Source row, and select a field from the list that is shown.

    1. Enter the Source fields manually and then select each Source row and a field from the Target list that is displayed.

    2. To use the header of an import file as a template, select Get headers from file. Then select each Source row and a field from the Target list that is displayed.

  3. In the Initial aggregation length, select the number of months for the initial aggregation of inventory data.

  4. To reset an ongoing incremental aggregation, select Clear Last Aggregation Date.

  5. Optional: Enter a site Name for this connector.

  6. Select OK.
