Known limitations

There appears to be no official documentation by Microsoft regarding the source of the Windows product key. Therefore, Snow has to rely on third-party information available on the Internet. There is no guarantee that this information is correct in all circumstances and environments. Since the information is subject to a degree of uncertainty, Snow cannot guarantee the correctness of the Windows product key data gathered by the Windows agent.
