Edit Oracle orders
There are two different procedures for editing Oracle orders. The first procedure describes how to edit a single Oracle order. The second procedure describes how to edit several Oracle orders at the same time. However, the second procedure can also be used to edit a single order.
To edit a single Oracle order:
On the Oracle overview, select the Entitlements tab.
Select the Orders view.
Select the row for the order that you want to edit.
The Oracle order detail view appears.
Select Edit order.
Edit the fields on the Order information and Products tabs according to
Select Save.
To edit one or several Oracle orders at the same time, perform the following steps:
On the Oracle overview, select the Entitlements tab.
Select the Orders view.
In the Oracle order list, select the check boxes for the orders that you want to edit.
Select Edit.
To view the orders that you have selected, select View selected orders, and then select an order to open it in a new tab.
Select for example General or Additional information, and then select the fields that you want to edit.
Edit the selected fields, and then select Continue.

If the fields that you have selected already have a value, then this is indicated with the number of fields with a value on a green background.
If the fields that you have selected is empty, then this is indicated with the number of empty fields on a blue background.
The changes you make here will apply to all selected orders. If you leave a field blank, then the value in the field will be deleted.
Review the changes that you have made, and when you're done, select Finish.
