Update existing applications

Use the Update existing applications option to update metadata of existing applications.

To perform successful mappings during the import, information on either Application ID, or Application name must be provided.

When enabled, the Software Store user will be prompted to type the name of the approving manager when making a request for software in the Store.

If this kind of organizational information is available in an external system, Software Store (Automation Platform) can be configured to fetch it automatically instead.
