Configure Freshworks Freshservice connector
The Snow Integration Connector for Freshworks Freshservice is used to determine the number of registered Freshservice users.
The configuration must be started and prepared according to SaaS connector configuration.
Prerequisites
A Freshservice user account is required to connect to the Freshservice API and extract the number of users and their last login date. The Freshservice user account must have the role Account Admin.
Get the API Key
Snow Integration Manager integrates with Freshservice via a unique API key.
Log in to the Freshservice website.
Select the Profile picture and select Profile Settings.
Select and copy the API Key, which is found in Your API Key.
Procedure
In the Configure Freshworks Freshservice section at the bottom of Connector Configuration: SaaS, do the following.
In Endpoint, enter the domain name for your Freshservice account.
In the API key, paste the copied API Key, as saved in Get the API Key.
To verify that the connection between Snow Integration Manager and the Freshservice API is successful, select Test Connection.
To enable the connector, select Active.
Select Save.
