Prerequisites
User name and password for access to the Dell KACE 1000 database.
Install MySQL Connector/ODBC
Install the MySQL Connector/ODBC on the same server where Snow Integration Manager is installed. Download the installation file from here, note that login is required: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/5.2.html
Run the Installation file, for example mysql-connector-odbc-5.2.7-winx64.msi or mysql-connector-odbc-5.2.7-win32.msi).
On the Welcome page of the Setup Wizard, select Next.
In the License Agreement step, read and accept the terms and then select Next.
In the Setup Type step, select Typical and then select Next.
In the Ready to Install the Program step, select Install.
Create a MySQL Connector/ODBC
On the server where MySQL Connector/ODBC was installed:
Open the ODBC Data Source Administrator (32- or 64-bit).
Select the System DSN tab.
Select Add.
The Create New Data Source dialog box appears.
In the list of drivers, select the MySQL ODBC 5.2 Unicode Driver and then select Finish.
In the MySQL Connector/ODBC Data Source Configuration dialog box, enter the information that applies.
Note
The Data Source Name will be used when configuring the Dell KACE 1000 integration connector.
To save the MySQL Connector/ODBC, select OK.
