Configure Cisco WebEx connector
The Snow Integration Connector for Cisco Webex is used to determine the number of registered Cisco Webex users.
The configuration must be started and prepared according to SaaS connector configuration.
Prerequisites
Your company's Cisco Webex website address and the credentials for a Cisco Webex account with admin privileges are required.
Note
Password authentication isn't available on Cisco Webex sites that have configured SAML SSO for authentication. For more information, refer to https://developer.cisco.com/docs/webex-xml-api-reference-guide/#!request-authentication
Procedure
In the Configure WebEx section at the bottom of Connector Configuration:SaaS, do the following.
In WebEx site name, enter the site name of your Cisco Webex website.
Example 13.The site name of https://examplecompany.webex.com is examplecompany.
In the Username and Password, enter the credentials for your Cisco Webex account.
To check if the connection can be established, select Test Connection.
If the connection could not be established, verify that the connector has been configured according to Step 1 to Step 2.
To allow the data to be aggregated, select Active.
Select Save.
