Configuration of Cisco Webex

The Snow Integration Connector for Cisco Webex is used to determine the number of registered Cisco Webex users. The connector was introduced in the Snow Integration Manager version 5.8.

The configuration must be started and prepared according to Configure a SaaS connector.

Prerequisites

Your company's Cisco Webex website address and the credentials for a Cisco Webex account with admin privileges are required.

Note

Password authentication isn't available on Cisco Webex sites that have configured SAML SSO for authentication. For more information, see https://developer.cisco.com/docs/webex-xml-api-reference-guide/#!request-authentication

Configure the Cisco Webex connector

In the Configure section at the bottom of Connector Configuration: SaaS:

  1. In the WebEx site name box, enter the site name of your Cisco Webex website.

    The site name of https://examplecompany.webex.com is examplecompany.

  2. In the Username and Password boxes, enter the credentials for your Cisco Webex account.

  3. Select Test Connection to check if the connection can be established.

  4. If the connection could not be established, verify that the connector has been configured according to Step 1 to Step 2.

  5. Select the Active checkbox to allow the data to be aggregated.

  6. Select Save.
