Configure the FrontRange Discovery connector
The FrontRange Discovery connector uses a database connection.
Prerequisites
A username and password with read access to the FrontRange Discovery database is required.
Procedure
In Snow Integration Manager, add the FrontRange Discovery connector and configure the settings.
In the Server, enter the SQL server name.
Select one of the following:
Enter the user credentials for the FrontRange Discovery database in the User id and Password.
Select the Use integrated security checkbox.
Select a database from the Database list.
To check if the connection can be established, select Test connection.
In the Organizations that start with, enter an organization filter which will be used to select computers that are connected to those organizations. Use % as a wildcard character.
In the Initial aggregation length, select the number of months for the initial aggregation of inventory data.
To reset an ongoing incremental aggregation, select Clear Last Aggregation Date.
Optional: In the Name, enter a site name for this connector.
Select the current version of the Snow Inventory Server to optimize the handling of network adapter information.
