System and Audit Logging

To ensure traceability and enable monitoring of system events and changes, Snow Inventory and Snow License Manager log system events, storing them in a readable text file format. Snow License Manager also logs relevant data changes to an audit log in the database. Users with the appropriate access rights can view audit log files in the Snow License Manager UI.

Snow Software product logs can be parsed by existing security information and event management (SIEM) systems for centralized log monitoring and security alerting.
