Right-click menu

Perform actions on a bar in a chart or a table cell via the right-click menu available for charts and tables on all dashboards in Risk Monitor.

Description

Point to a bar in a chart or a cell in a table, right-click, and select one of the options in the menu. The contents of the menu differ depending on the location of the cursor when you right-click. Below is the complete list of menu options.

Menu option

Description

Show as a table

Opens the chart or table in focus view.

Include

Shows only the selected bar or table row in the chart or table.

Exclude

Shows everything but the selected bar or table row in the chart or table.

Drill through

Opens up another page filtered by the selected item.

Submenu:

  • [Dashboard name] for all dashboards except for Home and the current one.

    Opens the selected dashboard filtered by the item selected in the chart or table.

    For example, if you right-click a device in the Device details table on the Devices dashboard and select Drill through > Applications, you will land on the Applications dashboard filtered to show results for the applications on the selected device.

  • List vuln. by device(s) and application(s)

    Lists all vulnerabilities connected to the item selected in the chart or table.

  • Vulnerability reference

    Lists references to online resources for further details of the vulnerabilities connected to the item selected in the chart or table.

Tip: Export the data in the lists to a .csv or .xlsx file by selecting the More options menu in the upper-right corner of the list and then select Export data.

Copy

Copies the selected data in the table.

Submenu:

  • Copy value

    Copies the contents of the table cell.

  • Copy selection

    Copies the contents of the entire row and the table headers.

Manage Tags

Opens the Manage Tags dialog box, allowing you to add a tag to the selected item, see Tagging.

Create Exclusion

Opens the Create an exclusion dialog box, allowing you to exclude the selected item from the dashboard view, see Exclusions.

Options available for expandable table rows

These options perform actions on the expandable table rows:

  • Expand

  • Collapse

  • Drill down

  • Show next Level

  • Expand to next level
