Configuration of monday.com

The Snow Integration Connector for monday.com is used for determining the number of registered monday.com users. The connector was introduced in the Snow Integration Manager version 5.16.

The configuration must be started and prepared according to Configure a SaaS connector.

Prerequisites

A monday.com account with site admin privileges is required to connect to the monday.com API and extract information about the number of users and their last login date.

Get the personal API token

A personal API token for your monday.com account is required as input when configuring the monday.com connector.

  1. Log in to monday.com with a user account that has the site admin role.

  2. Go to your avatar menu and select Admin.

    The Admin view appears.

  3. Select API from the Admin view menu on the left.

  4. Copy the value in the Personal API Token box, as it will be used when configuring the connector.

    If no value is presented in the box, select Regenerate to generate a new token.

Configure the monday.com connector

In the Configure section at the bottom of Connector Configuration: SaaS:

  1. In the Api Key box, enter the personal API token for your monday.com account, as saved in Get the personal API token.

  2. Select Test Connection to verify that the connection between Snow Integration Manager and the monday.com API can be established.

  3. Select the Active checkbox to enable the connector, so that data can be aggregated.

  4. Select Save to save the configuration.
