Configuration of Kayako
The Snow Integration Connector for Kayako is used to determine the number of registered Kayako agents.
The configuration must be started and prepared according to SaaS connector configuration.
Prerequisites
A Kayako account is required. To connect to the API and extract usage information (number of users and last login date), a Kayako agent with the role Owner or Administrator is necessary.
Set up Kayako
Register an account at www.kayako.com. The e-mail address used for registering at Kayako is automatically assigned the role Owner.
Make a note of the domain name that is created when setting up your account, as this will be used when configuring the connector.
Configure the Kayako connector
In the Configure section at the bottom of Connector Configuration: SaaS:
Enter the Username and Password for your Kayako account.
In the Endpoint box, enter the domain name as noted in Set up Kayako.
Select Test Connection to verify if the connection between Snow Integration Manager and the Kayako API can be established.
Select Active to enable the connector.
Select Save to save the configuration.
