Configuration of Taskworld
The Snow Integration Connector for Taskworld is used to determine the number of registered Taskworld users.
The configuration must be started and prepared according to SaaS connector configuration.
Prerequisites
A Taskworld user account with membership in every workspace that you have configured is required to connect with the Taskworld API and extract the number of users. The username and password for the user account are the same that are used to authenticate with the API.
Set up Taskworld
Register a user account at https://www.taskworld.com.
The user account is assigned to a workspace. This user account must be a member of all workspaces to extract information from them.
Configure the Taskworld connector
In the Configure section at the bottom of Connector Configuration: SaaS:
Enter the email address that you used to set up Taskworld in the Email box.
Enter the password that you used to set up Taskworld in the Password box.
Enter the URL that you used to set up Taskworld in the Endpoint box.
Enter only the Internet hostname in the Endpoint box.

Select Test Connection to verify that the connection between Snow Integration Manager and Taskworld can be established.
Select the Active checkbox to activate the connector.
Select Save to save the configuration.
