Import new custom objects

Use the Import new custom objects option to import new custom objects of an existing custom object type. One import file must be used for each object type, and the selected object type is specified in the import settings.

The field name Agreement number can only be used if the checkbox This object type can be attached to agreements is selected in the settings of the specified object type.

Only properties that have been added to the specified object type will be visible as destination fields in the import wizard.

For SAM Core on Snow Atlas: If the import is unable to map to the organization, find the identities for each organization node and add the identities to the import file. To find the Organization ID, also called GUID do the following:

  • In the report Organizational overview, add the column Organization ID. For more information, see Add columns to lists.
